1. About KHIDMAT
KHIDMAT is a digital platform connecting Nigerian pilgrims with Hajj and Umrah services including package booking, visa tracking, money exchange, group locator, hadaya sacrifice, bag wrapping and other pilgrimage-related services.
KHIDMAT is operated by KHIDMAT Digital Services, registered in Nigeria. Our platform serves both pilgrims (end users) and service providers (partners).
2. User Eligibility
To use KHIDMAT, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a Nigerian citizen or resident
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Have a valid phone number and email address
- Agree to comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and Islamic guidelines
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@khidmat.ng if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
KHIDMAT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Booking Services
4.1 Package Booking
When you book a Hajj or Umrah package through KHIDMAT, you enter into a contract with the tour operator, not with KHIDMAT directly. KHIDMAT acts as a platform facilitating the connection.
4.2 Payment
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. A platform fee of 2.5% applies to all bookings. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
4.3 Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by tour operator. Please review the specific policy before booking. KHIDMAT's platform fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
5. Money Exchange Service
KHIDMAT's P2P money exchange connects pilgrims with verified exchange agents. Exchange rates are determined by agents based on market rates. KHIDMAT charges a 2% facilitation fee on all exchange transactions.
- Only NGN, SAR, and USD are supported
- Maximum exchange limits apply based on agent capacity
- Both parties must confirm transactions for completion
- KHIDMAT is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banks
6. Hadaya Sacrifice Service
Hadaya sacrifices are performed by licensed service providers in Saudi Arabia according to Islamic Shariah. KHIDMAT facilitates the booking and issues certificates upon completion. We only process sheep/goat sacrifices in compliance with standard Udhiyah requirements.
7. Group Locator
The Group Locator feature requires location permission. By enabling location sharing, you consent to your location being visible to your group members. Location data is not stored permanently on our servers. SOS alerts are sent to group members only and not to emergency services.
8. Privacy and Data
We collect personal information including name, phone number, email, passport details and location to provide our services. We do not sell your data to third parties. Passport information is stored securely and used only for visa processing purposes.

9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the platform for money laundering or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to manipulate exchange rates or booking prices
- Harass or defraud other users or partners
- Use the platform for any purpose contrary to Islamic values
- Reverse engineer or hack the platform
10. Limitation of Liability
KHIDMAT is a technology platform and is not liable for:
- Actions or failures of tour operators or service providers
- Visa rejection by Saudi authorities
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Loss or damage to luggage
- Exchange rate fluctuations
- Network outages or technical issues beyond our control
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts. We encourage amicable resolution before legal proceedings.
12. Changes to Terms
KHIDMAT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
