1. Partner Types and Services
KHIDMAT accepts the following partner categories:
- ✈️ Tour Operators — List and manage Hajj & Umrah packages for Nigerian pilgrims
- 🏛️ State Hajj Boards — Manage state government pilgrim operations digitally
- 🐑 Hadaya Service Providers — Process sacrifice orders on behalf of pilgrims
- 🧳 Bag Wrapping Services — Provide airport luggage wrapping services
- 🕌 Ziyarah Tour Operators — Conduct Islamic heritage tours in Saudi Arabia
- 💱 Money Exchange Agents — Facilitate P2P currency exchange for pilgrims
2. Partner Eligibility Requirements
All Partners Must:
- Be a registered Nigerian business with valid CAC certificate
- Provide accurate company and director information
- Have a valid and active email address and phone number
- Operate in compliance with all applicable Nigerian laws
- Maintain professional standards in dealing with pilgrims
Tour Operators Additionally Must:
- Hold a valid NAHCON (National Hajj Commission of Nigeria) license
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Hajj/Umrah operations
- Maintain adequate financial capacity to fulfill bookings
Money Exchange Agents Must:
- Be physically present in Makkah or Madinah during Hajj season
- Maintain declared cash reserves in SAR and/or USD
- Have a valid Nigerian bank account for NGN transactions
3. Commission Structure
KHIDMAT charges the following platform fees:

4. Partner Portal Access
Upon approval, partners receive:
- Dedicated login to agent.khidmat.ng
- Dashboard with real-time bookings and orders
- Notification system for new requests
- Financial reports and payout management
- Staff management with role-based access
Login credentials are sent to the registered company email. Partners must change the temporary password upon first login.
5. Partner Obligations
As a KHIDMAT partner, you agree to:
- Deliver services as described and paid for by pilgrims
- Respond to pilgrim inquiries within 24 hours
- Update booking and service status promptly on the platform
- Maintain valid licenses and certifications throughout the partnership
- Not charge pilgrims outside the platform for services listed on KHIDMAT
- Handle pilgrim data confidentially and in compliance with data protection laws
- Notify KHIDMAT immediately of any service disruptions
- Not engage in price gouging or misleading pricing
6. Payout Schedule
Partner payouts are processed as follows:
- Tour Operators: 7 days after pilgrim confirms booking completion
- Hadaya Services: 3 days after certificate is issued to pilgrim
- Bag Wrapping: Weekly settlement every Monday
- Exchange Agents: Real-time (NGN received from pilgrims directly)
- Ziyarah: Weekly settlement every Monday
All payouts are made via bank transfer to the registered company account. A detailed payout breakdown is available in the partner portal.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a partner and a pilgrim:
- KHIDMAT will investigate complaints received within 48 hours
- Partners must provide documentation to support their position
- KHIDMAT's decision in disputes involving service delivery is final
- Refunds ordered by KHIDMAT will be deducted from partner payouts
- Repeated complaints may result in suspension or termination
8. Termination
KHIDMAT may terminate a partner account with 7 days notice for:
- Failure to deliver services as paid
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
- Expiry of required licenses without renewal
- Repeated poor service complaints
- Breach of this agreement
Partners may terminate by providing 30 days written notice to support@khidmat.ng, ensuring all pending orders are fulfilled.
9. Confidentiality
Partners agree to keep pilgrim personal information confidential and not share it with third parties without explicit consent. This includes names, passport details, phone numbers and payment information.
10. KHIDMAT's Role
KHIDMAT acts as a technology platform and marketplace. We are not responsible for the actions of individual partners. However, we are committed to maintaining quality standards and will take action against partners who violate this agreement.
11. Updates to Agreement
KHIDMAT may update this agreement with 14 days notice. Partners will be notified via email and the partner portal. Continued use of the portal after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
